Running

I try to run competitively in my free time and am coached by Ryan Warrenburg out of ZAP Fitness. I have been mainly focusing on the longer distances and would like to run all of the major marathons. So far I have managed to run the Chicago, Indianapolis Monumental, Richmond, Boston, and NYC marathons. I have been slowly increasing my weekly mileage over the last few years, and I am currently running 80-90 miles per week.
